By Car: Driving from Waverton, start on Eggbridge Lane or Moor Lane and head north toward Christleton. Join the eastbound A55 North Wales Expressway at the Sainsbury’s roundabout.

Exit at the A51 junction, turn right onto Tarvin Road, and go straight through the traffic lights at the Stamford Bridge Inn. Turn left off the main bypass into Tarvin village by the Tarvin Methodist Church.

By Bus: Catch the Bus 41 from the stop near the Waverton Shops, travelling into the city centre. Get off the bus at the Chester bus station, then board the eastbound 82 bus or 84 bus. The route goes down the A51, dropping off in Tarvin village.
