Looking for a new dentist in Chester? Tudor House Dental is one of the oldest clinics in the City, having saved and transformed thousands of smiles since 1983. Based on the High Street in Tarvin (CH3), we’re a short trip away from Chester City Centre via the A51 and accept patients from surrounding areas like Kelsall, Tarporley, Tattenhall, Ashton, Frodsham, Christelton, Boughton and Hoole. We’ve designed our check-up exams to be longer and more thorough, with a 10-point oral health check to spot the most minor of issues early enough before they become bigger problems. Two dental X-rays are included for new patients, and any recommended follow-up treatment is explained beforehand.

Same-day emergency dentist appointments are reserved for patients in pain or requiring a restoration repair. We even offer out-of-hours emergency dental services for patients who are unable to wait for regular opening hours. X-rays are included in your fee.

We also offer free 20-minute consultations for patients interested in teeth straightening treatments using clear aligners like ClearCorrect or Invisalign – available to book online.

Becoming a patient

When registering as a new patient (automatic registration from online booking), you’ll be texted or emailed forms ahead of time for you to share your health history, treatment goals and reason for visit – that way, our dentists can learn about your case and target your appointment to address any issues you might have. If you’re a nervous patient, let us know before your visit so we can reserve a longer appointment that prioritises calm, step-by-step care you’re comfortable with.

Bringing the family

We can book back-to-back or shared visits to get everyone seen in one trip. Children under 18 are seen on the NHS (where eligible).

Our dental membership helps spread the cost of routine care (exams, hygiene, routine X-rays) and provides an additional 10% discount on most general treatments. We also accept dental insurance.

Dr Disha Gupta (GDC 173726) – Principal Dentist; BDS, MFDS, MSc Restorative & Aesthetic Dentistry. Focus on family care, Invisalign, and composite bonding. Dr Gupta is also exceptionally talented in handling nervous patient care and with restorative treatments like dental crowns and bridges.
Dr Mili Mohan (GDC 109515) – Principal Dentist; BDS, MFDS and a postgraduate certificate in Restorative dentistry. 20 years’ experience, with special interest in teeth alignment with clear aligners and minimally invasive dentistry. Dr Mohan at our practice in Tarvin also handles all of our family and general dentistry cases.
Dr Giedre Valantine (GDC 100002) – Associate Dentist & Implantologist; BDS, MSc Implantology. Provides single to complex implant cases and grafting.
Dr Ahmer Ali (GDC 267803) – Associate Dentist & Oral Surgeon; BDS, MFDS, MSc Implantology. Experienced in oral surgery, implants and facial aesthetics.
