Ready to do something about a single lost tooth or individual gaps in your smile? Dental implants provide a stable, long-lasting fixed solution for single-tooth loss, replacing both the tooth root and the tooth for up to 30 years. Plus, as the closest replacement to a natural tooth, a single implant blends seamlessly with the neighbouring teeth.
You’ll want to pursue dental implant treatment if:
To be a suitable candidate for traditional dental implant treatment, you’ll require an abundance of bone in the jaw where the implant is to be positioned.
This is what we’ll assess during a consultation and is an essential part of the process to plan your treatment successfully. Book a consultation to learn immediately whether you qualify.
Dental implant treatment is tailored to each patient, and final costs depend on the number of teeth to be replaced and whether you require any pre-implant procedures, such as tooth extraction, bone grafting, or sinus lifts.
You’ll receive an accurate quote after a consultation.
However, as an estimate, at our Chester clinic, you can expect dental implant costs to start at £2,980 per implant placed (including the implant, abutment, crown and your appointments).

We offer interest-free financing at our Chester dental practice for up to 12 months. Single implants on 12-months 0% finance will cost £248 per month. Over 36 months (10.9% APR), it will cost £95 per month.
Dr Giedre Valantine (GDC 100002) is an experienced implantologist who has placed hundreds of dental implants since qualifying for a Master’s in Implantology in 2010.
Known throughout Chester for her work on advanced and complex cases, Dr Valantine is happy to treat everything from a single implant to more challenging procedures, including bone grafting.
When you work with Dr Valantine, you’ll receive comprehensive service, including thorough digital planning, precise implant placement, healing protocols focused on predictability, and tailored finishing so your new teeth look natural, feel stable, and suit your face.
We’re only 6 miles from Chester city centre.
As the dental implant is placed into the jawbone like a tooth root, it requires time to heal and fuse with the bone – a process called osseointegration that can take up to 3 months to complete.
We use Straumann implants, which are known to accelerate healing, but the time to osseointegration will depend on your health, bone condition, and whether any pre-procedures, such as prior bone grafting, were required.
In the meantime, while we’re waiting for your implant to heal, we can often place temporary teeth to fill the gap.

Second time seeing Mili this week and I can't speak highly enough of her – she completely sorted my problem with such care and patience. She's one of those rare people who makes you feel completely at ease in the chair, nothing is ever rushed and nothing is too much trouble. I genuinely left feeling so well looked after. It was also my first time meeting Amy, who was absolutely lovely – really warm, welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked through the door. She instantly put me at ease. Tudor is lucky to have them both. Thank you Anthony Shanley10/02/2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very pleasant experience. A bit pricey but no complaints about treatment. Susan Wright02/02/2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m so glad I found this dentist. I originally went because I had a broken tooth which had exposed an old filling. My 1st examination with Mili was extremely thorough. Today I had my filling. I have also seen Jill the hygienist. Again she was extremely thorough and the procedure was painless. All the staff are very friendly and professional. I would say this is the best dentist I have been to. Brilliant dentist, milli takes great care and attention AFallingpiano28/01/2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am an incredibly nervous patient with a lot of medical issues that make getting dental work done difficult. The dentist and dental nurse were extremely helpful and, rather than pushing ahead with a procedure they didn’t feel was safe for me, they took the time to listen to my concerns and explain their reasoning clearly. I felt genuinely heard, reassured, and respected, which is not something I’ve always experienced in the past. I left feeling safe, cared for, and confident that my wellbeing was the priority with a plan in mind moving forward.
