Lost or close to losing all your teeth in one jaw or both? Wish you could have all your teeth removed and replaced to start fresh? Are you tired of loose, uncomfortable, removable dentures that rely on suction, and are you searching for a more permanent solution? We offer same-day teeth.
Meet All-on-4 – the modern, fixed solution for total tooth loss. Using just four dental implants, Dr Valantine can replace an entire upper or lower jaw of teeth with a secure, non-removable bridge. Plus, as an immediately loaded treatment, patients can leave our Chester clinic the same day with a fully restored, functional smile.

All-on-Four dental implant treatment with Dr Valantine starts at £17,500, inclusive of the implant, abutment, temporary bridge and final bridge.
Full mouth dental implant costs:
All-on-4 is suitable for patients who are missing multiple teeth in the upper or lower jaw (or both) or have failing teeth that can’t be realistically saved long-term.
It’s also ideal for patients who prefer a fixed solution rather than a removable denture, or who have reduced jawbone volume and are not immediately suitable for traditional dental implants without prior bone grafting.
At your consultation with Dr Valantine, you’ll go through:
Dr Valantine plans your All-on-4 treatment digitally, creating 2D and 3D simulations that show you what’s possible during your consultation, before you commit to treatment. As an expert in smile design, Dr Valantine considers shape, proportion, gumline harmony, facial support and functionality so the results look like they belong to you – not just a generic denture design.
With the All-on-4 procedure, patients can have implants and teeth placed in a single day. The “in a day” refers to the fixed temporary bridge, as the final bridge is fitted after the implants have integrated and fully healed.

A loan of £17,500.00 over 60 months would cost you £387.06 per month at a representative 12.9% APR. The total amount of credit would be £17,500.00, to which we would add £5,723.81 (12.9% p.a.). This means the total cost of your treatment after 60 months would be £23,223.81. If you were to take out the loan today, you’d pay the first £387.27 upfront, and then 59 payments of £387.06 each month.
